Management

Kaaren Paget - Director

I have two children of my own, Max and Ellie who were the reason and inspiration for me taking on the nursery, in fact it was Max who named it! I am passionate about children’s start in life and am driven by giving every child in our care the best foundation to build upon. My role is to run a healthy business, offering our parents the best service we can provide.

Emma Cross - Manager

I have over 20 years of experience in child care. I started my training as a Modern Apprentice on this site 21 years ago. Since then I have completed my Level 2 and 3 NVQs in Childcare and Education. I am a Level 2 and 4 qualified Special Educational Needs Coordinator and have a number of years of experience working alongside other professionals in this sector.

During my time at the nursery I have been a Team Leader and Deputy Manager, all of which has been valuable experience to becoming Nursery Manager.

My drive has always been to ensure our children are given the best start in life. To do this I am committed, along with my team, to provide the highest standard in childcare and education.

Erin Billett - Deputy Manager

I began my journey at the Jingle Bell House back in 2017 as a placement student. Once I had completed my level 3 diploma in Childcare and Education, I started as a nursery nurse based in preschool, progressing to the preschool team leader and today I am the nursery's Deputy Manager. I am motivated by observing the children grow, learn and thrive. I work alongside the team to ensure that the children are fulfilling their full potential, providing the children with a stimulating learning environment and exciting learning opportunities.

Jayme Jensen - Senior Early Years Educator

I've been working at Jingle Bell House for more than five years. Initially, I started as an Assistant Early Years Educator, but I've since completed my Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education at JBH. Over the years, I have developed my skills and gained valuable experience in all areas of the nursery. This has led me to my current role as a Senior Early Years Educator. My biggest motivation is to help children achieve their developmental milestones and become confident and independent learners, providing them with the best start in life.
Additionally, I am passionate about my role as an Events Coordinator. It's essential to me that all cultures are valued and taught to our children through various celebrations and events throughout the year

Naomi Spittles - Senior Early Years Educator

I have over 15 years of experience in childcare. I began at the Jingle Bell House in 2008 as a Nursery Nurse and progressed to Senior Early Years Educator. I enjoy working with all ages but especially the 0-2 year olds. I particularly enjoy seeing the children develop and learn new skills and watching them grow up to become pre-schoolers and ultimately confident school leavers.
